Security & Audit of the MLRCOIN-O Smart Contract

The mlr_anchor_program_v2 has undergone an internal audit (v2 report dated March 21, 2026 — on-chain coverage of technical compliance requirements). An independent external audit by CertiK is triggered simultaneously with the opening of the public offer (immediately after AMF non-objection) and must be completed before €200,000 cumulative collection is reached. If the audit is not published with no critical vulnerabilities by the time €200,000 is collected, the offer is automatically suspended until publication (Whitepaper §7.3.5).

Anchor v2 Smart Contract

The mlr_anchor_program_v2 is deployed on Solana (devnet — Program ID: EJEWaN8YKvDLuTz9PmsEqE6EQ3Sqr95f4Fq7pXypvP7j). The mainnet address will be published after the CertiK audit and production deployment, before any sales opening.

Audit Report

The internal v2 audit of March 21, 2026, covers all 23 program instructions, 10 account types, the WRU mechanism, escrow, WNA vault, vesting (Programme Anchoreurs), multisig governance, and 30-day timelock. The independent CertiK report will be published on the official Trace & Anchor website and on CertiK's public platform as soon as available.
