MLRCOIN Refund and Withdrawal Policy | MiCA Art. 13
1. Introduction
This Policy specifies the conditions for refund and exercise of the withdrawal right applicable to purchases of MLRCOIN-O tokens made via our platform, in accordance with Article 13 of the MiCA regulation (EU 2023/1114) and the French Consumer Code.
2. Withdrawal Right (14 days — Art. 13 MiCA)
You have a withdrawal right of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without having to justify your decision and without penalty (MiCA Art. 13). The refund is made in euros, via the same payment method as the initial purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the request. To exercise your withdrawal right, contact the dedicated mailbox: retractation@traceandanchor.com, indicating your order number and Solana wallet address. Any unambiguous statement expressing the will to withdraw is admissible.
3. No Express Waiver in the Retail dApp
The retail dApp does not offer an express-waiver / immediate-delivery option for the 14-day withdrawal right. This design choice ensures that every retail buyer fully benefits from the protection of MiCA Article 13 and cannot inadvertently lose this right. Tokens are systematically held in autonomous on-chain escrow for 14 days before delivery.
4. Eligibility Conditions for Refund Outside Withdrawal
Outside the legal 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are only considered in the event of a proven technical error attributable to DMMF's platform. User errors (incorrect wallet address, lost private keys, lost seed phrase, use of an incompatible wallet, etc.) do not constitute grounds for refund. MLRCOIN-O is a utility token for which DMMF organizes no secondary market and makes no representation regarding resale value (Whitepaper §8.5).
5. Request Procedure
For any refund request, contact the dedicated mailbox: retractation@traceandanchor.com, indicating the purchase date, your Solana wallet address, and the TXID of the transaction concerned.
6. Modifications to the Policy
DMMF reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. These modifications will be published on our website. Your continued use of the services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
