The original file submitted for anchoring is never transmitted to servers โ only the SHA-256 fingerprint is processed.

Your personal data is used to provide and improve MLRCOIN and Trace & Anchor services, ensure KYC/AML compliance, communicate service updates, secure transactions, and prevent fraud. No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Data Retention Periods
DMMF retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and no longer than required by applicable law. Indicative retention periods: KYC/AML records โ 7 years after the end of the business relationship (French Monetary and Financial Code, Art. L561-12); transaction and order records โ 5 years (MiCA Article 17 record-keeping); complaint files โ 5 years after resolution (MiCA Article 31(3)); marketing consents and associated traffic data โ until you withdraw consent; logs necessary for security and fraud prevention โ up to 12 months. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Our services are not intended for minors (under 18). If you discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to have it deleted.
