Founded in 1996, Delta Multimedia France (DMMF) is the issuer of the MLRCOIN-O utility token, filed for notification with the AMF on 20 April 2026 (notification is not authorization), under the MiCA regulation (Title II). DMMF develops and operates the Trace & Anchor platform, the first private LegalTech service in France to integrate FranceConnect+ transactionally.
